Guest Policy and Rates
Effective April 1, 2008
Accompanied Day Guests

No accompanied guest fee for immediate or extended family

Immediate family: is defined as a Member, his or her spouse and their unmarried children, under the age of 23 who are living at home, attending school on a fulltime basis or serving in the military, and the parents of a Member or his or her spouse.

Extended family: is defined as children who do not fall within the definition of immediate family, grandparents, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the Member and spouse and the spouses of such family members

Members will be charged a daily usage fee of $10 per guest that is not immediate or extended family

Accompanied guest fee will be waived for dining only

Members may bring a maximum of 15 guests per day
Unaccompanied House Guests

The daily fee is $30 (up to four guests) and $10 for each additional person

The weekly fee is $150 (up to four guests) and $25 for each additional person

Children age 3 and under will not be charged guest fees

A week is defined as up to seven consecutive days
-
Unaccompanied guests will be limited to 12 persons per membership per day

Unaccompanied guests may be registered for a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks

Members must fill our the proper guest request form (available in the Club offices) before sending house guests to the Club. Guests will not be provided access without the guest form signed by the member and received by the Club 48 hours before guests arrival

All guest fees will be charged directly to the member's account
From time to time the club will restrict unaccompanied guest privileges. For the calendar year 2008, unaccompanied guest privileges will be suspended from July 4th thru July 6th.
WaterSound Beach Club is a cashless facility. Guests may use a credit card to settle any food and beverage charges. The sponsoring member is responsible for any unpaid charges made by his or her houseguest.
The sponsoring Member shall be responsible for the conduct of a houseguest while on the WaterSound Beach Club Facilities. If the manner, deportment, or appearand of any houseguest id deemed unsatisfactory, the sponsoring member shall, at the request of the Club Operator, cause such houseguest to surrender the guest card and leave the Club.
