Please welcome Chef Bryan Ross as our new
Executive Chef at Shark's Tooth
 
    Many of you are familiar with the fine cuisine from our WaterSound Beach Club Chef Bryan Ross. He comes to Shark's Tooth with exceptional experience and passion for fresh ingredients in his dishes. Chef Bryan has held positions at several fine eateries including, Executive Sous Chef at Emeril's in Miami Beach, Emeril's New Orleans Fish House and Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas, NV and Acquerello restaurant in San Francisco, CA. His cuisine reflects his experience at these fine eateries.
  
    Bryan explains how the knowledge and experience he has gained by working at such renowned restaurants has influenced his creativity and style. "Everyone has something to teach you. I have been very fortunate to learn from some very talented chefs. Their methods and techniques taught me valuable lessons on how to create notable food," Bryan explains.
  
    As the newly appointed Executive Chef of Shark's Tooth Clubhouse, Bryan is responsible for creating a menu you will savor. There will be some upcoming menu changes to reflect Bryan's passion for the local fare as well as his enthusiasm for Spanish, Mediterranean and Mexican flavors.
