Sharks Tooth's Culinary Commitment
We shall use only the freshest products available to us during any
given season, so our menus may change without notice or an item may not
be available if deemed "not up to our standards". We respect, encourage
and welcome any and all reasonable request concerning menu items and
special dietary concerns. We consider our menus as only a list of
suggestions.
Please feel free to call in advance, (Chef Jim 249-3011) to either plan a special menu or make a special request.

Chef Jim Hallet joined the Shark's Tooth Team in April of 2006 as Executive Chef of our new Clubhouse. He comes to us from New York via Atlanta, Georgia. He has been a member of the American Culinary Federation since 1997 and is currently Vice President of the Emerald Coast Chapter. Jim has years of experience developing menus with the understanding that a menu is only a list of suggestions. His menu creations certainly reflect the true art and passion that he has for food. Our Chef de Cuisine, Daniel Thompson found his passion for food while working at the Spicy Noodle in 1999. He attended Gulf Coast Community College for Culinary Management and was the winner of the Escoffier Award for the Most Outstanding Student. He is also an active member of the American Culinary Federation. He assists the Chef in creating menus and nightly features. |
